Started by talking through how customers actually interact with the facility — walk-ins, regulars, and teams booking blocks of time — and mapped the site structure around those three groups. Wireframed the core pages first, focused on getting the booking path right, then layered in visual design once the flow was solid. Tested on mobile throughout, since that's where most of the traffic lands.

Replaced the facility's paper waivers with a fully online signing flow. Customers fill out the waiver from any device, sign directly on screen, and submit no printing, no clipboard at the front desk.
